Rick has been writing songs and performing since the mid 70's. His influences include such great harmony bands as The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, Poco, CSNY and Alison Krauss and Union Station, as well as the great artists and songwriters Neil Young, Jackson Browne, Dan Fogelberg and so many more.

He has performed on Breakfast Television in Toronto as well as Global News at Noon, and has been in a couple of music videos shown on CMT. Rick has performed in many different bands over the years (country, pop and rock), and also loves to play solo at the different coffee houses and songwriters' nights around town. He has also written radio jingles, been a studio musician for commercials, and still does voice over work.

Rick is also the President of Dog Star Music and SongChoice.net, also trying to help indie artists get exposure and guidance through self-empowerment.

Rick is currently recording his first album of original songs and hopes to have it available some time in the new year.

There is SO MUCH great talent that exists in the great pool of unsigned artists and songwriters, and I am grateful that a company such as Iridescent Music is here to help promote and give exposure to some of this talent.

Elyssa Mahoney has been performing publicly since 1997. Elyssa has been featured in the Ottawa Citizen, Nepean This Week, The Barrhaven Independent including other local papers and she's been on Breakfast at The New RO, New RO's Evening News, CJOH's Mid Day News, the CJOH Evening News and Toronto/surrounding area's New VR. She was interviewed on Radio Canada when she was 8!  Elyssa Mahoney was born to entertain!

Kiwanis Music Festival winner since 1999, this tiny, but mighty 12 year old has wowed audiences with her powerhouse voice since she was four and a half.

Elyssa has entertained tens of thousands of children and adults at over 200 festivals, charitable/community events, fund raiser concerts, staff parties, fairs and association gatherings.

Cherished accomplishments include sharing the stages of Canadian recording artists such as Jeff Healey (Jeff Healey and The Healey All-Star House Band), Chuck Jackson (Downchild Blues Band), Dawn Tyler Watson,  Les Emmerson (Five Man Electrical Band),  Maple Blues Band (Maple Blues Awards band), The Mud Boys,  Tony D, Chicago blues legend Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater and so many more Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal area musicians.

Besides writing her own songs, Elyssa's bilingual repertoire includes selections from blues, jazz, R&B, soul and motown. She also excels in early classic rock, pop, musical theatre and classical. In fact Elyssa's numerous awards span classical, musical theatre and pop classes and include: the Peter Evans Memorial Trophy (musical theatre solo, 12 and under) in 2005,  the Dr. Otto Bettman Trophy for (classical) vocal solo in 2004 and the Jeanette Dagger trophy in the 2001 Kiwanis Music Festival (as an 8 year-old in the 12 and under duet Vocal-Musical Theatre category).

Elyssa is honoured to have been selected three times (each time, a one in thousands opportunity) to participate in the Kiwanis Highlights concert at Nepean's Centrepoint Theatre. Elyssa is also a recipient of scholarships from the Company of Musical Theatre, Orpheus Musical Theatre Society, Goya Theatre Productions and the Norman Albert Memorial Scholarship. Many thanks.

Elyssa performs with live accompaniment, be it solo instrument such as piano or a band composed of seasoned adult musicians. Elyssa and the musicians who back her strive to bring audiences a synergy of talent, variety, style and fun. She founded her first band at the age of nine and a half where Elyssa enjoyed the role of lead singer of the former young Ottawa band called Simply WOW!

Elyssa's stage presence is something to see for yourself! She is a true show person. With such stage presence, ease and professionalism, she invariably leaves her audiences in awe. Her stage show abounds with energy, panache, and always a few surprises!

Elyssa Mahoney is fun, style, and talent all rolled into one tiny package of dynamite!
